The park is closed today due to severe weather. Should you be attending an experience day today  you may still arrive as our keeper are still feeding etc. If however you wish to move you date it will be honoured and we will call you in the next few days to re-arrange. For any URGENT enquiries please call Debbie ( but please note I am not in the office today as I am unable to get to the park in the snow ) therefore I have no diary and cannot re-arrange dates. We will contact you to move your experience day as soon as we can, so please dont worry that you cannot get through on the line, there is no-one available to man the phones at the park today.
